EVO, FRAUDE, AUTOGOLPE Y POLARIZACION INDUCIDA – English Spanish

FRAUDE 2019 PROBADO
1. A pedido de algunas personas, y sin enajenación, acerca de lo vivido en la fallida elección 2019 que LA verdad probada sea dicha. En julio de ese año alerté, y mostré indicios de fraude VER paginasiete.bo/opinion/2019/7/ Pocas semanas antes, Riberalta era “capital beniana para compra de votos pandinos para el MAS”, embuste ejecutado por Roberto Ariel Limpias Olmos y Fabio Durán Méndez (alcaldes de Gonzalo Moreno y San Pedro, Pando), Walter Cortez Ayala (Serecí Pando) y Gleisy Nakashima Brito (Tribunal Electoral Pando). Cada voto costaba Bs.500 en promedio. Hubo detenidos, juicios y negligencia por doquier de fiscales. Por entonces, Pando y su Gobernador Luís Flores (hoy senador) era casi propiedad privada del ministro Juan Ramón Quintana.
2. El día de la elección (20 octubre 2019) vimos que ánforas y maletas con sobres, actas y papeletas electorales originales marcadas, eran llevadas por personas sin custodia legal (de Policía o FFAA) y al día siguiente (21 octubre 2019) esos documentos oficiales de soberanía popular aparecieron desparramados en calles Landaeta, Panamá y otras en La Paz VER paginasiete.bo/nacional/2019/ Esto lo habíamos visto en la elección, y fraude de 1978 cuando el Frente Popular Nacionalista FPN de Hugo Banzer y Juan Pereda hicieron aparecer más votantes que papeletas. Luego hubo auto golpe de Estado.
3. Pese al evidente fraude, Evo y sus asesores (“Los 7”: Álvaro, Juan Ramón, Héctor, Lucho, Sacha, Alfredo, Carlos) se sentían goleadores, no querían 2da vuelta. Y todo el séquito enajenado de dirigentes, sociales y partidarios fue arrastrado a repetir cual loritos: “debemos hacer respetar la voluntad popular”.
AUTOGOLPE DE ESTADO
4. El fraude –verificado por la sociedad a través de prensa extranjera y redes sociales– agarró desprevenido a Evo y a su séquito; y despertó a la derecha racial (ex presidentes Quiroga y Mesa). Evo –persona enajenada con educación incompleta– dogmatizado como está, decidió renunciar, junto a su vicepresidente y escapar ambos cual bandoleros.
5. Luego renunciaron, en efecto dominó: Adriana Salvatierra (presidenta del Senado e hija de Hugo Salvatierra ex ministro de Tierras), Víctor Borda (potosino soberbio y presidente de la Cámara de Diputados), Rubén Medinacelli (ex rector de la UTO y 1er vicepresidente del Senado). Los tres fueron séquito de re-enajenados o personas sin criterio político propio. Y apareció la senadora Jeanine Añez, colgada de un comunicado del nervioso Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional de fecha 12 noviembre 2019 que dio vía libre a ser Presidenta de Transición, empujada e impulsada por radicales raciales Arturo Murillo, Carlos Mesa y Jorge Quiroga. Quede claro: Un pronunciamiento público del TCP es eso: institucional y oficial, no podríamos pensar que fue redactado en un bar, o quién sabe. Hubo auto golpe de Estado y todo comenzó a descontrolarse.
6. Como reacción ante el descalabro, Juan Ramón –dolido militar “Boina Verde Ranger” formado en la Escuela de las Américas de EEUU– aplicó el “Plan B Vietnam” VER lostiempos.com/actualidad/ Instruyó a dirigentes del Pacto de Unidad (Csutcb, Bartolinas, Cob, Conamaq del Mas e Interculturales) a amenazar con quemar cada casa que no ponga la wiphala a la vista, y hacer las tenebrosas rondas nocturnas. E incendió el país con el discurso de defender la pollera. En oriente (Montero) JRQ utilizó guerrilleros de FARC Colombia (caso instructor Facundo Molares VER lostiempos.com/actualidad/) y me consultaron esa vez qué hacer en este caso; respondí: pregunten a Néstor Molares, juez de Chubut Argentina, y papá de Facundo. En occidente financió a personas lumpen de Cochabamba traídas para asaltar el mega depósito y distribuidor a escala de combustible Senkata (gas natural, gasolina, gas licuado, fuel oil, otros) que si explotaban, mataban a medio millón de personas del radio geográfico alteño. Dato poco marginal: De 1955 a 1975 Vietnam derrotó –y humilló– al ejército de Rangers, Rambos, Napalm y el defoliante Agente Naranja de EEUU.
MAS POLARIZADOR Y PRIVATIZADOR
7. Para 2010 el Estado ya estaba polarizado (Evo / anti Evo). El fraude, Evo y “Los 7” agudizaron la polarización (confrontación superflua) y PRIVATIZARON la conducción del Estado. Los 4 órganos (Legislativo, Ejecutivo, Judicial, y Electoral) y las entidades conexas (Fiscalía General y Procuradoría) están al servicio de “Evo y los 7”. Ya no importa el Estado o las consecuencias de sus actos pero aún tienen mucho que perder. Se privatizaron, además, los intereses nacionales. Ejemplo: Luego del triple fracaso en Mutún, que hubiera abaratado el costo del fierro de construcción, el MAS entregó ese yacimiento a empresas chinas; con la experiencia Gabriela Zapata eso parece caso perdido.
8. La polarización también dividió al MAS, en su avance al abismo: Los “Evistas y los 7” parecen lobo herido o pataleo de ahogado. Romero, Juan Ramón y Evo citan a ministros al Chapare, les recriminan cual si fueran gobierno, pero ya hay rebeldes como el ministro Del Castillo. Los “Luchistas” que controlan el Órgano Ejecutivo (20 ministerios, 50 viceministerios) y reciclaron a los socialistas dogmáticos, como los hijos y nietos de las familias: Peredo, Ramos Sánchez, Morales Dávila y otras que desahuciaron a la “Generación Evo” y quieren a Lucho Presidente del MAS. “Los Indios” con lucha propia liderados por David Choquehuanca quien no habla en público y desahucia a los medios, pero actúa a través de dirigentes indígenas y campesinos, de oriente y occidente. Ya tiene una Escuela nacional de (nuevos) cuadros y ya le ganó a Evo (y a “Los 7”) en apoyo rural.
9. Lo más vergonzoso de todo es que como Estado (del que todos somos parte) quedamos mal hacia el exterior. Pruebas: i) No investigamos el Plan Cóndor cuando otros Estados (Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Brasil, Uruguay) ya lo hicieron y los gobiernos de Evo y Lucho tienen decenas de víctimas de Banzer, Pinochet y sus secuaces. ii) Las familias de desaparecidos, torturados, exilados, asesinados y otros están divididos: los que apoyan al gobierno y los que no. Es vergüenza nacional y es jugar con la vida de la gente. Los responsables son Nila Heredia, la ex presidenta de la Comisión de la Verdad y “Los 7”. iii) Tenemos varios juicios ante la Corte IDH por ejemplo los procesos CIDH 12.529 y 13.122. iv) No hay verdad histórica, justicia ni resarcimiento para esas miles de sufridas víctimas. Y se los dije en la audiencia ante CIDH el 24 de junio 2021.
10. CONCLUSIONES
a) De cara a la historia, culpables del fraude, auto golpe y polarización, son: Evo y “Los 7” y todo el séquito de enajenados, que conformaron algunas “sociedades privadas corporativas” que utilizaron (aún utilizan) al Estado, como las empresa Gravetal, San Cristóbal, Toyosa u otras.
b) Evo deja nefasta huella de su dedazo en el MAS. Él puso a Arce Presidente, cuando tuvo que elegir entre Andrónico y Choquehuanca. Y el MAS termina como decepción en conducción de Estado, por intereses privatizados en los 4 órganos estatales, igual que la criticada “derecha”.
c) Evo y “Los 7” quieren someter, por la fuerza, a dirigentes de organizaciones sociales. Intentaron con el fraude 2019 y así les fue. Luego vino Franklin Flores y salió trasquilado. Al final, el MAS es propiedad de una élite de izquierda dogmatizada en extremo que comparte poder e intereses con la élite de derecha. Ambos se sentaron con la Iglesia Católica para discutir la huida de Evo y la asunción de Añez. d) El séquito de Evo y “Los 7” tiene mucha deuda por negocios, estatales y otros turbios. Uno es el narcotráfico. Ya se sabe que Pablo Escobar estuvo en Bolivia varias veces, por ejemplo el 8 de enero 1981 en la casa de Roberto Suárez en Equipetrol de Santa Cruz, detallado en el libro de Ayda Levy “El rey de la cocaína” (Barcelona 2012). Eso es coherente con el libro “La guerra falsa” de Michael Levine (New York 1994) y otros libros citados por Boris Miranda, que detallan cómo los narcos ponen y sacan Presidentes, como lo hacían Simón Iturri Patiño y sus amigos en la primera mitad del siglo XX. Evo conoce esto al detalle. Y mejor no hablar de relaciones carnales con menores de edad.

FRAUD 2019 TESTED
1. At the request of some people, and without alienation, about what happened in the failed 2019 election that THE proven truth be told. 2. Then there was an auto coup.
3. Despite the obvious fraud, Evo and his advisers (“Los 7”: Álvaro, Juan Ramón, Héctor, Lucho, Sacha, Alfredo, Carlos) felt like scorers, they didn't want 2nd round. And all the alienated entourage of leaders, social and partisans was dragged to repeat like little parrots: "we must enforce the popular will."
STATUS AUTO COUP
4. The fraud - verified by society through foreign press and social networks - caught Evo and his entourage by surprise; and it woke up the racial right (former presidents Quiroga and Mesa). Evo - an alienated person with incomplete education - dogmatized as he is, decided to resign, along with his vice president and both escape like bandits.
5. Then they resigned, in effect dominated: Adriana Salvatierra (president of the Senate and daughter of Hugo Salvatierra, former Minister of Lands), Víctor Borda (superb Potosino and president of the Chamber of Deputies), Rubén Medinacelli (former rector of the UTO and 1st Vice President of the Senate). The three were retinue of re-alienated or people without their own political criteria. And Senator Jeanine Añez appeared, hanging on a statement from the nervous Plurinational Constitutional Court dated November 12, 2019 that gave free rein to being President of the Transition, pushed and promoted by racial radicals Arturo Murillo, Carlos Mesa and Jorge Quiroga. 6. As a reaction to the disaster, Juan Ramón - a sore military "Green Beret Ranger" trained at the School of the Americas in the US - applied the "Plan B Vietnam" SEE lostiempos.com/actualidad/ He instructed leaders of the Unity Pact (Csutcb, Bartolinas, Cob, Conamaq del Mas and Interculturales) to threaten to burn every house that does not put the wiphala in sight, and to make the dark night rounds. And he set the country on fire with the speech of defending the skirt. In the east (Montero) JRQ used guerrillas from FARC Colombia (Facundo Molares instructor case SEE lostiempos.com/actualidad/) and they asked me that time what to do in this case; I answered: ask Néstor Molares, judge of Chubut Argentina, and Facundo's father. MORE POLARIZING AND PRIVATIZING
7. By 2010 the State was already polarized (Evo / anti Evo). The fraud, Evo and “Los 7” exacerbated the polarization (superfluous confrontation) and PRIVATIZED the leadership of the State. The 4 bodies (Legislative, Executive, Judicial, and Electoral) and related entities (Attorney General's Office and Attorney General's Office) are at the service of “Evo and the 7”. The state or the consequences of their actions no longer matter, but they still have a lot to lose. Furthermore, national interests were privatized. Example: After the triple failure at Mutún, which would have lowered the cost of construction iron, the MAS handed over that deposit to Chinese companies; With Gabriela Zapata's experience that seems like a hopeless case.
8. Polarization also divided the MAS, in its advance to the abyss: The “Evistas and the 7” look like a wounded wolf or a drowned kick. Romero, Juan Ramón and Evo summon ministers to the Chapare, they recriminate them as if they were a government, but there are already rebels like Minister Del Castillo. The “Luchistas” who control the Executive Branch (20 ministries, 50 vice ministries) and recycled dogmatic socialists, such as the children and grandchildren of the families: Peredo, Ramos Sánchez, Morales Dávila and others who evicted the “Evo Generation” and they want Lucho President of MAS. "The Indians" with their own struggle led by David Choquehuanca who does not speak in public and evicts the media, but acts through indigenous and peasant leaders, from the East and West. It already has a National School for (new) cadres and has already beaten Evo (and “Los 7”) in rural support.
9. The most shameful of all is that as a State (of which we are all part) we look bad towards the outside. Evidence: i) We did not investigate the Condor Plan when other states (Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil, Uruguay) have already done so and the governments of Evo and Lucho have dozens of victims of Banzer, Pinochet and their henchmen. ii) The families of the disappeared, tortured, exiled, murdered and others are divided: those who support the government and those who do not. It's a national shame and it's playing with people's lives. Those responsible are Nila Heredia, the former president of the Truth Commission and "Los 7". iii) We have several trials before the Inter-American Court, for example IACHR processes 12.529 and 13.122. iv) There is no historical truth, justice or compensation for those thousands of long-suffering victims. And I told you so at the hearing before the IACHR on June 24, 2021.
10. CONCLUSIONS
a) In the face of history, guilty of fraud, self-coup and polarization are: Evo and "Los 7" and all the entourage of alienated people, who made up some "private corporate companies" that used (still use) the State, such as the companies Gravetal, San Cristóbal, Toyosa or others.
b) Evo leaves a disastrous mark of his finger on the MAS. He put Arce President, when he had to choose between Andrónico and Choquehuanca. And the MAS ends up as a disappointment in the leadership of the State, due to privatized interests in the 4 state organs, just like the criticized “right”.
c) Evo and “Los 7” want to submit, by force, leaders of social organizations. They tried fraud 2019 and that's how it went. Then Franklin Flores came and got shorn. Ultimately, the MAS is owned by an extremely dogmatized left-wing elite that shares power and interests with the right-wing elite. They both sat down with the Catholic Church to discuss Evo's flight and Añez's assumption.
d) The entourage of Evo and "Los 7" has a lot of debt for businesses, state and other shady ones. One is drug trafficking. It is already known that Pablo Escobar was in Bolivia several times, for example on January 8, 1981 at Roberto Suárez's house in Equipetrol de Santa Cruz, detailed in Ayda Levy's book “El rey de la cocaína” (Barcelona 2012).
